  Friendly staff, clean rooms, no lift available, cool name (monkey puzzle) the brewer's fare restaurant on site was very good food however the chefs counter was not being used and therefore all food looked very dry. Overall a nice place to stay.

  We use premier Inn regularly and generally we are delighted with the entire package , this time the hotel was ok , the breakfast was to standard if late , brewers fare have spoiled the weekend by being sloppy , late , poor quality , the evening meal was sub standard , dry chicken and stale chips , being busy was the feeble excuse , what are they in business for , so Premier Inn very good , staff to be proud of , helpful and caring . Rooms pleasant and comfortable . The brewers fare must be loosing the premier Inn custom with its sloppy attitude .
