  Sausage and pepperoni pizza. Was cheaper to stand in the shop and order online than to speak to person at the tills. Pizza was bland. Didn't come with dip I asked for. Hot chicken poppers were nothing special. Garlic and herb sauce was basically just dipping pizza in butter. Awful. Won't be going again.

  Staff will get your order wrong, refuse a refund and then assault you and then call the police on you when all you've done is ask for the right order

  Absolutely disgusting customer service! Phoned last night to cheak our order had gone through online as we hadn't received a confirmation email, then to be shouted at by a member of staff because he couldn't here our address over the phone properly!? The member of staffs name is Amed' I think but due to him screaming his name down the phone so aggressively was hard to hear properly? When asked to calm down he continued to scream down the phone then hung up on us!! Safe to say we will never use this Papa johns again which is a shame because the pizzas are great.. Shame the same can't be said for the staff. Very disappointed!!! If I could give this review 0 stars I would doesn't deserve the 1 star rating.
